Shipping Policy

Processing 

 

All orders have a processing time of 24-72 hours regardless of shipping method selected. Domestic orders have the option of either FedEx or USPS. 

 

Please Note: We do not process orders on weekends and major holidays! Your order will continue processing the following business day. All shipping time frames are counted in business days. 

 

 

State Regulations: 

Some states have specific laws regarding the sale and shipment of our products. If you do not see your state in the drop down menu when placing your order, that means we have currently stopped shipping to your state pending review of your state's regulations. 

  

 CBD Ban 

 We can not ship any CBD products to the following states: 

 Montana 

 Washington 

 

Adult Signature Confirmation

Certain states now require Adult Signature Confirmation upon delivery for packages containing e-cigarette related products. To receive this package, the recipient must be at least 21 years of age and present upon delivery with valid ID to accept the package. All delivery carriers charge extra for this feature, and our shipping rates have been adjusted for addresses in the following states:

USPS (UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE) 

USPS orders are processed Monday-Friday. All shipping methods are in business days (Monday-Friday).  USPS orders may be reviewed for accuracy and security.

  

Due to the high volume of packages that USPS receives, please keep in mind that tracking information may not be updated for several days. Tracking information may not be updated until your package has reached your local USPS sorting facility, transit location, or post office. While USPS offers reliable and expedient service, errors and delays may occur. Errors and delays caused by or as a result of USPS are not the responsibility of Nu Regimen and must be resolved by contacting USPS (see contact information below).

FEDEX 

Cut-off Time: Any FedEx Priority Overnight orders placed after 1:00 PM PST with FedEx shipping methods will not go out until the next business day. FedEx orders are subject to our 24-72 hour processing time and are processed Monday-Friday. There is no Saturday delivery. All Shipping methods are in business days (Monday-Friday). Please note that estimated times below reflect the shipping time frame once a package has been received by FedEx. FedEx orders may be reviewed for accuracy and security. Tracking is available through the FedEx website. Claims and issues that arise through the use of FedEx must be resolved through and by FedEx. 

 

FEDEX® 

Call 1-800-463-3339 (1-800-GoFedEx) to file a claim or to inquire for shipment status. 

 

Pick-Up Day is considered Day 0 and is in addition to estimated transit times. 

 

FEDEX Shipping Rates: 

FEDEX 2Day® (2 business days) - $11.99/$12.99 (for select states)

FEDEX Priority Overnight® Delivery by 12PM the next business day to most areas, and by 5PM in remote areas. - Cost will be calculated at Check Out 

 

FedEx does not ship to P.O. boxes or Military Addresses (APO, FPO, DPO). Entering a PO Box or Military address may result in your package being delayed. 

 

Order Tracking: 

While we strive to offer the most expedient and reliable service, Nu Regimen does not and cannot guarantee transit and delivery times. After placing your order, your tracking number will be sent to the email address specified on your account. 

 

Lost & Undelivered Packages: 

Lost or undelivered packages are not the responsibility of Nu Regimen, and any issues arising from packages not received must be resolved by the customer, with the postal carrier in use. Nu Regimen strives in the upkeep and resolution of such matters, and any erroneous shipping issues must be reported within 24 hours of the last tracking update. 

 

Please note that erroneous and incomplete address submissions inputted by the user will cause delays, returns, and other issues that will impact the successful shipping of your order. Nu Regimen is not responsible for any and all costs associated with erroneous and incorrect address submissions entered by the user. 

 

Delivery to Shipping Forwarder: 

Nu Regimen strives to ensure that all orders go out in a perfect condition to offer the best customer experience. For customers choosing to ship their order to a mail or freight forwarding service this guarantee is voided once the package arrives safely and undamaged with the forwarding service’s US address. These services typically repackage our products. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for damages, missing items and/or other issues that occur after initial delivery. Once the order has arrived safely to the shipping address provided on your order, Nu Regimen is no longer responsible for the delivery of and/or condition of the order, including but not limited to issues with loss, damages and breakage, customs seizure, missing items, etc. 

 

Order Discrepancies: 

If your item was damaged, missing, or incorrect you must email us within 48 hours of the packages delivery. Once your claim has been submitted, reviewed, and approved, we will assist you with correcting this issue. 

 

Canceling and Altering Orders: 

Orders may be edited up to 30 minutes after being placed. After that time, please contact our Customer Service Team immediately if you wish to make a change on your order. 

 

Due to the volume of orders Nu Regimen receives and in our efforts to provide the most expedient service to our customers, once an order has been placed, we cannot guarantee that it can be altered, changed, or canceled upon your request.

 

Sales Tax:We are required to charge sales tax for select states. Tax rates will be calculated at Check Out and will be based on the ship to address information used for the order. In some cases, sales tax may be applied to shipping costs. These regulations are imposed by both state and local governments. 

 

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are only applied to items that are returned to our warehouse. If the return of your package incurred any type of return fees, those charges will be deducted from your refund for the returned items.  

 

Refund/Return Policy 

 

We offer a 14 day return policy. 

Please contact our Customer Service Team at Support@Nuregimen.com to initiate a return request. Please provide as much information as possible including the Order #, Full Name, Address, Phone Number, reason for the return. Please note that we may request for you to email photos and/or a video of damaged or defective merchandise prior to sending the items back. We may also provide you with troubleshooting steps, as it is required to speed up the return process and assist you in avoiding any return processing fees. 

 

If the return is approved, you will receive further directions on shipping the item(s) back to us. Any refund, store credit, or replacement will be issued once the return has been received and processed. 

 

Items received showing cosmetic damage from the manufacturer, issues with consumable items, dead on arrival (DOA), and any missing or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery! 

 

Consumable Items

For sanitary and safety reasons, we can not accept returns on consumable items that have been opened or used. Consumable items include, but may not be limited to e-liquids, coils, pods, cartridges, disposables, and batteries. Reshipment is not available for any consumable items. 

 

Alternative Devices: 

Alternative devices must be fully cleaned prior to return. If you ship your item back containing any form of media and the item is confiscated (not received at our facility), we will not be held responsible for your loss. If the item is received and has any residual smell or media particles, the return will receive a 15% return processing fee. 

 

A 15% return processing fee may be applied if: 

1. Returns are opened and/or non-defective. 

2.Returns show signs of physical damage or user error that could have caused the defect. 

3.Returns that are not cleaned and emptied prior to return. 

4.Defect reason is not present upon return evaluation or is solved with simple troubleshooting steps. 

 

Return Shipping Costs: 

The customer will be responsible for return shipping charges for non-defective items. All shipping charges are NON REFUNDABLE. 

 

Promotional Term & Conditions: 

Promotional items are listed as final sale. If the promotional item is deemed defective, we will only issue a refund or store credit in the amount paid for the items. Promotional items will not be replaced. 

 

Refused Orders:

If either the customer or shipping carrier refused the packages for any reasons, the cost of shipping is non refundable. If your order received free shipping, our cost of shipping the order will be deducted from your refund. 

 

Refund Process: 

Refunds may only be issued back to the original payment (credit card, debit card) or as a store credit. Nu Regimen is not responsible for refunds to a Prepaid Card or a canceled credit card in the event the cardholder no longer has possession of it. 

 

We check all information on our website very carefully. However, an occasional error may occur, or manufacturers might update information we are unaware of. We reserve the right to correct inaccurate information and are not responsible for typographical errors.
