Storage

• Keep in an airtight container, away from light and heat
• Store somewhere cool and dry to preserve potency and aroma
• Avoid the fridge/freezer humidity swings can degrade trichomes

What it means: The % on a label reflects how much THC (by weight) the flower contains after decarboxylation it's the standard measure of potency.

Typical ranges:

• Low: 10–15%
• Moderate: 15–20%
• High: 20–25%
• Very high: 25%+

A few things to know:

• Higher % ≠ automatically "better" — terpenes and cannabinoid ratios shape the effect too
• THCA flower labels often list "Total THC" (THCA × 0.877 + existing THC) since THCA converts to THC when heated
• Testing methods vary by lab, so % can differ slightly batch to batch even for the same strain
• Higher potency means smaller amounts go further useful for dosing, especially for new users
